spinach meatloaf and mashed potatoes

It is only 1/2 cooked so. . . .

Thaw meatloaf completely (a few days).

Preheat oven to 400 while you're bringing loaf up to room temp.
Unwrap from foil, place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
