Cashew Apricot Chicken

Defrost the meal completely and pan cook the chicken (the chicken is not cooked). This should be about 20 minutes. Rice is 1C rice cook with 2C water. Pretty simple meal but you can add more veggies and additional spices to suite your taste. Serve on top of the rice and garnish with the cashews (provided in a separate bag). Enjoy!

Baked Ziti

Completely defrost the ziti, spray a 9x9 pan, and pour the contents of the bag into the casserole dish. Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes (the meal is cooked already you just need a good heat through). In the last 5 mins top with cheese. I would suggest adding more sauce if you want and you could also add some veggies to it such as olives, green pepper, or onion.
